I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping children and their families work through challenges and create positive change. I focus on building on each child’s strengths while also supporting them in areas where they can grow. I see therapy as a collaborative process and believe it is important to work within the whole family system. My goal is to always make sure families feel safe, respected, and heard while we work together.
I specialize in the treatment of children, ranging from early childhood to young adulthood, and their parents. My clinical training and experiences have focused on providing evidence-based psychotherapy for a broad range of presenting concerns, including emotional and behavioral (such as anxiety, depression, and disruptive behaviors), trauma, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
I have received extensive training in utilizing evidence-based treatments to support families. These approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (tf-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Parent Management Training (PMT). I am also certified in delivering Circle of Security Parenting (COSP).
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching Formula 1, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
