What To Expect:

m

Initial Consultation:

I offer a free brief (15-20 minutes) consultation call to learn more about the therapy process, ask any initial questions you have, and determine if we are a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial intake session.

m

Intake Session:

We start with an initial parent-only session (in person or virtual) where I gather additional background information and presenting concerns, as well as discuss your hopes and goals for services. Together, we will create initial therapeutic goals, and determine the frequency (usually weekly or every other week) and ongoing format of sessions (parent only, individual with child, or some combination).

m

Standard Session:

Services are offered in person or online. Throughout our sessions, I emphasize collaboration where we can adjust the pacing and focus of services depending on client and family needs.
